Dispatched within 24 hours, Mon–Fri. Republic of Ireland: 2–3 working days. Ireland is our launch market — EU and UK delivery rolls out through 2026. Tracking number sent when dispatched.
Free shipping is a members' perk. It unlocks at the Jade tier — free standard tracked shipping over €200 — and improves as you climb (Ruby over €150, Diamond over €50). Everyone else pays a flat tracked-shipping rate, shown at checkout. Free-shipping perks apply to deliveries within the Republic of Ireland. Full breakdown on the Membership page.
Singles: toploader + penny sleeve + padded envelope. Booster boxes: bubble wrap + rigid outer box. Every order tracked.
All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, a range of European local payment methods, and USDC — the full, current list appears at checkout. SSL encrypted throughout. UK customers can pay in GBP; CH customers in CHF (via Shopify Markets).
Every single card is individually checked for condition and legitimacy before it's listed and before it ships. The grade shown is accurate. See our Condition Guide for what each grade means.
NM = Near Mint, LP = Lightly Played, MP = Moderately Played, HP = Heavily Played. Graded honestly — we don't over-grade. Full grading guide here.
You have 14 days from receipt to return your order — your statutory right under EU consumer law. Email us, return the item, and we'll refund within 14 days of receiving it back. Booster boxes must be returned unopened. Singles must be in original condition. Full refund policy here.
Photograph the packaging and the item immediately and email us. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — all orders are insured for transit damage.
Sign up and 500 Gems land in your account. You earn 1 Gem per €1 spent, and the Gems you earn over a rolling 12 months set your tier — Onyx, Jade, Ruby, Diamond, each with progressively better perks. Your spendable Wallet and your tier are separate balances: redeeming Gems at checkout draws down your Wallet but never lowers your tier, so spending and climbing don't pull against each other. You never drop below Onyx. Full breakdown on the Membership page.
