Create your account and 500 Gems land in your Wallet — spendable on your first order. They also count toward your tier, so you start climbing from day one.
Earn 1 Gem for every €1 spent on products — what you actually pay, after discounts, excluding shipping. Earned Gems land when your order ships: spendable, and they build your tier.
Spend Gems at checkout on any eligible product — 100 Gems takes €1 off, up to 50% of the order subtotal (not shipping). Spending draws down your Wallet only — it never lowers your tier.
- Gems can be redeemed against product purchases only — they can't be applied to shipping fees, taxes or gift cards.
- Selected exclusives, pre-orders and limited drops are excluded from Gem redemption — marked on the product page.
- Maximum 50% of an order's product subtotal can be paid in Gems.
- Spending never affects your tier. Redeeming draws down your spendable Wallet; your tier is set by the Gems you earn over the last 12 months, tracked separately — so redeeming never demotes you.
- Gems are earned on what you actually pay after Gem redemptions and discounts, excluding shipping — 1 Gem per €1, credited when the order ships.
- Refunds reverse the Gems earned on the refunded items; Gems redeemed on a refunded order are re-credited to your balance.
- Gems have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and can't be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- Balances expire after 24 months of account inactivity. One account per person — balances may be adjusted in cases of abuse. Programme terms may evolve; changes are announced in advance.
Rolling 12-month window.
Your tier is set by the Gems you earn over your most recent 12 months — a rolling window, not a fixed calendar year. Your 500 sign-up Gems put you on Onyx, and every Gem you earn from purchases builds your tier: Jade from 1,000, Ruby from 2,000, Diamond from 4,000. The rolling window prevents cliff-edge resets, which are a poor fit for TCG buying where purchases are lumpy and tied to set-release cycles.
Spending never costs you your tier. Your spendable Wallet and your tier Status are two separate balances. Redeeming Gems at checkout draws down your Wallet — it does not touch your Status, which counts only the Gems you've earned. Say you're Jade on 1,600 earned Gems: redeem 600 for €6 off and you're still Jade on 1,600 Status — only your Wallet drops. Climbing and treating yourself never pull against each other.
Staying at your tier. Because Status counts only the last 12 months, older earnings gradually age out — so a long quiet spell, never your spending, is the one thing that can lower your tier. If your Status slips below your current threshold you get a 30-day warning email before any demotion; buy something in the gap — a single pack, a sleeve box, anything — and your tier holds. A registered account never drops below Onyx.
Tiered access. Higher tiers get first access to drops and restocks — and some releases or perks may be reserved for the upper tiers. The higher you climb, the more you unlock first.
