Phoenix TCG Limited is subject to Irish company law, Irish consumer law, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / EU 2016/679). The competent supervisory authority for data protection is the Data Protection Commission (Ireland). Consumer complaints in Ireland may be referred to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC). Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU can obtain free advice and assistance with cross-border complaints from their local European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
Phoenix TCG Limited is not currently obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but will engage in good-faith resolution of any complaint raised through the contact channels above.
