Refund Policy.

1. Your Statutory Rights

As a consumer purchasing online from Phoenix TCG Limited, you are protected by Irish and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

2. Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

• Use the withdrawal function on our website — a simple online tool that lets you notify us of your withdrawal electronically, in line with EU Directive 2023/2673
• Email us at info@phoenixtcg.eu with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw
• Use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

We will refund you within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method as your original payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earliest. Your refund includes the original standard delivery charge you paid; where you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard service, we refund the cost of standard delivery.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

• In their original, unopened condition (for sealed product)
• In the same condition as received — free from damage caused by you
• Returned with all original packaging where reasonably possible

If the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary, we may make a deduction from your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we agree otherwise. For faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods, we will cover return shipping — contact us before returning and we will arrange a prepaid label.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery
• Goods which have been clearly personalised
• Digital content which has been downloaded or streamed
• Single issues of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines, once dispatched — this exception does not apply to magazine subscriptions, which retain the 14-day right (see Section 8)
• Gift cards (gift vouchers), which are non-refundable for a change of mind

For trading card products: sealed booster packs, sealed sets, and similar sealed collectible products once opened cannot be returned, as the value may be affected by the contents becoming known.

Gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable for a change of mind and are not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law. Once a gift card has been redeemed, any remaining balance over €1 may be returned to you as a replacement gift card. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or undelivered goods are unaffected.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Contact us at info@phoenixtcg.eu within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description, and photographs. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. We aim to resolve within 5 working days.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear.

8. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Where you purchase a magazine subscription, the following applies in addition to the rights above:

• Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew and are billed automatically each cycle — monthly, or for the prepaid term you choose — at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• No minimum term. You may cancel at any time after your first billing cycle. Cancelling stops future renewals; the cycle you have already paid for is still fulfilled.
• How to cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing info@phoenixtcg.eu. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
• 14-day right of withdrawal. Unlike single magazine issues, a magazine subscription carries the 14-day right of withdrawal set out in Section 2. The 14 days run from the day you receive your first issue. If you withdraw, the subscription ends and we refund in accordance with Section 2; where issues have already been supplied at your request during that period, we may charge a proportionate amount for what was supplied.
